The 2019 Best Travel Technology Product award seeks to spotlight how technology and youth travel go together like hostel and backpack. We are looking for a technology platform that facilitates, enhances and heightens the travel experience of a young person, or for a B2B product that has made a significant impact on the youth travel industry.

Examples may include apps, booking engines, global distribution systems, travel booking websites, travel social networks, cloud services, automated billing or communications technology.

The panel of judges will evaluate submissions based on the following criteria: 

• Implementation process
• Ease of use
• Look and feel
• Cost
• Number of users
• Ultimate impact on the youth travel industry

Open to travel industry businesses and tech companies with products related to the youth travel market.

An organisation can submit multiple entries for the award.

Entries must be in English.

All entries must be submitted by Friday, 6 September 2019 at 23:59 CEST.

WYSE Travel Confederation will shortlist a maximum of five entries per category, by reviewing the information submitted with the application forms.

A panel of judges, all of whom are industry experts, will assess shortlisted applications and score each entrant based on the established judging criteria. The highest scoring application will be the winner.

Judges are asked to declare any business connection with shortlisted organisations.
