Sensitive to the impact of recent events on the industry coupled with the permanent changes that technology and the internet introduced in the marketplace, the members of IASIS in an Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on the 15th October 2020 resolved to wind up the Association and cease all operations with effect from 31st December 2020.

The travel business world, not less the distribution of travel insurance, changed drastically over the long life span that IASIS served as an advocator, promoter and facilitator of student travel insurance and travel safety.

IASIS was instrumental in supporting the community and members with affordable and relevant travel insurance, assistance, health and safety for students for nearly the past 70 years.
