First up is the ‘Open Positions Listing,’ a powerful and dynamic search tool that displays the inventory of available placements in real time. It has resulted in over 20,000 requested positions since the company began using it last year. The mirror image of this technology is the ‘Applicant Pool’, which helps employers to find the best candidates for their open positions and to schedule interviews immediately through a simple interface. In so doing, it significantly streamlines the matching process, replacing the traditional time-consuming manual method. Other new tech tools unveiled today include the ‘Training Plan Builder’, the ‘Case Management Center,’ and the ‘Digital Signature’ tool – each presenting a welcome improvement in the day-to-day management of applicants and candidates globally.
