Over the years, the role WYSE Travel Confederation fulfils has changed as the demands and directions of the industry have developed. To address these changes, it is proposed to introduce a Vision Statement and to update the Mission Statement at the AGM in Lisbon this year.

Both Statements have been developed by the Executive Team and the Management Board and were finalised during a strategy session held in May in Leiden, the Netherlands.

The Vision Statement is new and is designed to support the Mission statement.

Vision Statement:

We believe that travel has the power to positively unite people around the globe and want to support those who facilitate travel for young people.

Mission Statement:

Our mission is to connect the global travel community through research, education, advocacy and networking activities that focus on youth travel, its benefits and opportunities.
