This webinar reviews findings from WYSE Travel Confederation’s COVID-19 Travel Business Impact Survey series. This monthly survey asks travel and tourism businesses to answer questions about how they have been (or expect to be) affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

What you’ll hear in this webinar:

  • Change in demand across sectors and world regions
  • Top concerns and actions taken in response to COVID-19
  • Staff reductions, location closures and financial solvency
  • Business outlook for youth travel
  • Issues and trends arising as the pandemic evolves.

The survey series was launched in early March 2020 in order to monitor the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on travel businesses that serve young travellers. The next survey will run 1 – 11 May 2020 and all travel and tourism businesses that serve travellers under age 30 are welcome to participate. Survey findings are published in summary articles at the website of WYSE Travel Confederation, the global industry association for youth, student and educational travel.
