Rita is the CEO of RaizUp, a non-profit organisation and consultancy that aims to scale diverse teams globally in the travel and hospitality industry. She is also a business development consultant for the travel tech industry and a certified intercultural trainer. Her work facilitates programmes and workshops that challenge the status quo and promote equity and inclusion in the workplace and beyond.

With more than 20 years of experience in sales and account management roles in travel technology companies, such as D-EDGE, Infor, and Availpro, Rita has a deep understanding of the market’s needs, trends, skills, and competencies required to succeed in this dynamic and competitive sector. Rita is a founding team member of HERA by Hotel ResBot, an AI-powered email reservation assistant for hotels. She’s also a busy mom of three small children and speaks seven languages. She is currently learning Italian and exploring homemade skincare crafting.
