While travel and tourism bring many benefits, unfortunately there are darker elements, including the sexual exploitation of children. This is a crime taking place around the world and we all have a responsibility to address and prevent such activities.

Join Damien Brosnan from The Code to learn more about the global trends, patterns and policies related to protecting children from exploitation through tourism.


Damien manages The Code’s secretariat, based in Bangkok and with members across the globe. He works with local NGOs, UN agencies and the private sector to raise awareness and promote action on child protection in travel and tourism. He has worked with The Code since 2015, following roles with Care/UNICEF working on emergency relief.
