BridgeUSA (formerly known as the J-1 Exchange Vistor Program) alumni around the world have gone on to do incredible things, and we’re interested in learning more about the lasting impact of your exchange experiences.

Whether you joined a US summer camp as a counsellor, took part in an internship or traineeship, studied at an American university, assisted in a classroom as a teacher, or supported a family as an au pair, we want to hear from you. How did your time in the United States influence your path? Has it helped you grow professionally, sparked entrepreneurial ideas, or inspired you to get involved in your community? We’re especially interested in hearing about the long-term impact of your exchange – on your career, your ambitions, and your connections with others.
