Everyone understands the importance of cultural awareness, but what can you do to take this to the next level within your organisation and for your programme participants? During this session, John Lee of CultureMee will help you understand why now is the moment for culture and what you can do to take advantage of the power of culture. You will hear practical, engaging examples of where culture can go wrong, as well as how you can apply culture models to practical everyday scenarios within the travel industry. You will also hear thought-provoking ideas on the link between cultural intelligence and overtourism.
