Tourism has the capacity to empower women in a variety of ways – internally and externally, as well as individually and communally.  During this session, Stephanie will share some statistics about the representation of women across the tourism industry and discuss ways that businesses can empower women to move into managerial positions, make female role models and mentorships more visible, and encourage women to share their voices and visions as speakers and thought-leaders.
