Janice Sousa is Co-founder and CEO of Groupdesk, a B2B SaaS company focused on group travel. She is a travel and sales leader who has helped to scale, build, and turn around travel businesses across the world. As a growth consultant, Janice has helped industry-leading organisations become more profitable. As a mentor for emerging leaders in Toronto, Janice has also been a guest lecturer at Humber and Centennial College and was selected to participate in the Austrian Leadership Program in 2018-19 to support start-ups in Austria and Canada to better understand mutual export markets. She has strong roots in the larger travel industry, with active past participation in SYTA, WYSTC, NAIS, CAIS and TICO. In 2018, she was named one of Canadian Traveller’s Top 40 Under 40 and was a speaker at NY Travel Fest.
