For more than 25 years I have managed two offices – one in the US and the other in Bonn, Germany that provide international students, au pairs, internship and work & travel participants, tourists, study abroad students, guest scientists and high school students with comprehensive insurance product solutions. We have insured over 200,000 participants involved in cultural exchange and educational travel each year.

As stated above President of CISI in the US and CareMed in Bonn, Germany – Extensive experience in student travel accident policies – Direct dealings and relationships with over 10 insurers worldwide – Played a key role in the development and implementation of Crisis Management Plans for several of our program sponsors – Well versed in the many technical resources and tools available in the market to assist our programs in their Crisis Management plans.

Served as Risk Manager for the parent company, AIFS, for the past 17 years – Coordinated with the assistance of our Emergency Provider Company with the handling, logistics and communication to all in several Security Evacuation cases – Haiti, Paris Attacks, Egypt, Belgium, Japan and Indonesia. – Direct access to several legal resources to assist insured participants when encountering situations overseas as well as in the US. – Proactively working with programs to assist their participants with known medical/mental health issues so they are fully supported while on the program
