Membership types

WYSE Travel Confederation offers 9 different membership types to organisations involved in the youth and student travel industry. Choose the one that best suits your organisation.

Membership year

  • The membership year starts on the day you complete your membership and lasts 365 days.
  • Membership is automatically renewed each calendar year, if no membership cancellation has been submitted by 30 September or at least three months prior to the end of a membership year in which the cancellation is to take effect.

Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership by written notice to the WYSE Travel Confederation membership team. Notice of membership cancellation must be received by the membership team at least three months prior to the end of a membership year in which the cancellation is to take effect.

Non-Payment of dues

If a member has not paid the membership fee in full on the due date, upon the recommendation of the Director General its membership may be suspended or terminated by decision of the Management Board. This suspension or termination will take immediate effect and be subject to review and ratification at the Annual General Meeting. The Confederation reserves the right to inform other members of the suspension or termination.

 

Eligibility to vote

  • Full, Elite, Buyer and Service Provider Members of the WYSE Travel Confederation are the only Members eligible to vote and be elected in the annual elections for the Management Board and Sector Panels;
  • Members must have paid its membership fees and all dues to the Confederation to be eligible to vote and to be elected on the Management Board or Sector Panels.
