Marketing Coordinator

WYSE Travel Confederation is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its Marketing team. Currently we are a team of three (Marketing Manager, Digital Coordinator and Graphic Designer) and are looking for a fourth member to support the day-to-day online and offline marketing operations, with a focus on our events.

We are looking for someone…

  • Highly organised and capable of coordinating multiple projects at once
  • With excellent attention to detail and a design eye
  • Confident in managing social media channels, ensuring that content is aligned with our brand tone
  • With a good understanding of print production
  • Experienced in digital marketing
  • Able to pull together and manage production budgets
  • Committed to meeting deadlines
  • Used to working with graphic designers
  • Fluent in English (other languages a plus) with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experienced in using Hootsuite and Google Analytics
  • Keen to bring new ideas to elevate the WYSE Travel Confederation brand and achieve our KPIs
  • With 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Experience creating and editing B2B and promotional copy
  • Experience working in travel/ education
  • Experience creating and reporting on Mailchimp campaigns
  • Knowledge of WordPress
