Twin Group and the University of East Anglia (UEA) have launched a major new collaboration to enhance postgraduate employability through applied, industry-focused master’s pathways.

The partnership represents Twin Group’s broadest programme offering to date, with 62 master’s programmes available under the model. Combining Twin Group’s expertise in employability, work placements and market insight with UEA’s academic excellence, the initiative has been designed to support both home and international students seeking a postgraduate degree with a clear professional focus.

Students will benefit from career preparation throughout their studies, including skills workshops, personalised employability guidance and ongoing support. This leads to an eight- to ten-month industry placement with a UK employer or a guaranteed alternative route through industry-based projects delivered in partnership with UK organisations.

The flexible model ensures students gain meaningful, applied experience regardless of their career goals, professional background or visa circumstances. It also responds to growing demand for postgraduate programmes that combine academic achievement with practical career development and strong graduate outcomes.

With more than 60 master’s programmes available, students can access a wide range of academic pathways while benefiting from Twin Group’s structured framework designed to build confidence, workplace insight and the skills needed to succeed in competitive graduate labour markets.
