Moco Museum celebrates the power of contemporary and modern art to inspire change — how does this mission align with the values of today’s youth travellers and students?

Today’s youth and student travellers value creativity, social impact, and authentic cultural experiences. Moco’s mission to inspire change through art speaks directly to these values. Our exhibitions highlight bold voices and urgent themes — from identity and activism to sustainability and inclusivity. By presenting art in an accessible and immersive way, Moco resonates with young audiences who see culture not just as entertainment, but as a catalyst for dialogue, awareness, and personal growth.

What role do you see Moco playing in making art more accessible and relevant to younger generations?

Moco breaks down barriers between art and audiences. We present world-renowned artists alongside emerging creators, showing that art belongs to everyone — not only to traditional institutions. Interactive and digital experiences make exhibitions engaging and relatable, while themes reflect issues young people care about today. Through approachable storytelling and inclusive programming, Moco creates an environment where younger generations feel welcomed, represented, and inspired to see art as part of their own journey.

How do your locations in Amsterdam, Barcelona, and London shape the way Moco connects with global youth audiences?

Our three locations — Amsterdam, Barcelona, and London — place Moco at the crossroads of global youth travel. Each city is vibrant, diverse, and rich in history, attracting millions of students and young explorers every year. By situating ourselves in these cultural hubs, we connect directly with international audiences who are curious, adventurous, and eager for new perspectives. This global footprint allows Moco to serve as both a gateway to art and a platform for meaningful cross-cultural exchange.

As youth travel organisations seek cultural partners, what makes Moco a strong choice for inclusion in their itineraries?

Youth travel organisations seek experiences that combine education, inspiration, and fun — and Moco delivers all three. Our museums offer an accessible entry point to world-class art, curated with themes that resonate with young travellers. Group visits are easily integrated into itineraries, and our immersive exhibitions spark conversation long after the visit. By partnering with Moco, travel organisations can enrich their programmes with a cultural highlight that is both contemporary and deeply relevant to younger audiences.

What opportunities exist for educational groups or youth travel companies to partner with Moco across your three international cities?

Moco welcomes educational groups and youth travel companies across our three international locations. Opportunities include private guided tours, tailored group experiences, and thematic workshops that encourage discussion and creativity. We work with partners to create meaningful cultural programmes that fit their needs, whether it’s a short stop in a busy city itinerary or a deep dive into art and social themes. By collaborating with Moco, youth travel companies can provide students with engaging, memorable, and transformative cultural experiences.
