Next’House is a Dubai-based hostel brand redefining affordable luxury and community living for millennials and Gen Z in the UAE. Next’House offers a flexible, high-quality, and social hospitality experience for a wide range of travellers – including tourists, digital nomads, entrepreneurs, students, and young professionals. We combine design, affordability, and connection to create vibrant spaces where guests can stay, work, and engage with Dubai’s dynamic lifestyle.
What we’ve built so far:
- 178 beds across Dubai
- Hosting 12,000+ guests annually
- Aiming to expand to 3,000+ beds by 2028 and welcome 300,000+ youth travellers per year
What inspired you to start Next’House, and how did your personal travel experiences shape its vision?
I used to travel and work in hostels across Australia, and those experiences shaped how I see hospitality. When I moved to Dubai, I realised there was a gap in the market, so I decided to build my own company and bring that culture here.
What makes the Next’House experience different from a traditional hostel or hotel?
We try to combine luxury design with the social and flexible model of hostels. It’s not just about beds – it’s about creating a beautiful, functional, and affordable space where people can connect, feel at home, and enjoy a high-end experience at a fair price.
How do you cater to the different needs of digital nomads, students, and young professionals under one roof?
To be honest, most of the people who choose to stay in hostels already come with that mindset of seeking connection. We simply support it by offering community-driven spaces and organising regular activities, events, and shared experiences that bring people together naturally.
How do you cater to the different needs of digital nomads, students, and young professionals under one roof?
Interestingly, they all share similar needs: a social environment, a calm co-working space, and affordable but high-quality accommodation. That’s exactly what we focus on – balancing productivity, comfort, and community in every property.
Do you have other news or highlights that you wish to share?
Yes! We’re currently expanding our property portfolio and will soon open an 80-room hotel with luxury amenities – including a padel court, rooftop cinema, co-working spaces, and ultra-modern sleeping pods. It’s our next step in redefining the hostel experience.
