Globus Exchange Programs is a youth cultural and professional exchange services recruitment organisation. We specialise in offering career training opportunities to international candidates seeking to enhance their skills and be part of American culture. We collaborate with distinguished hospitality establishments, including hotels, resorts, golf clubs, and catering companies, as well as non-hospitality businesses in the United States, to fulfil staffing requirements efficiently and effectively.
We are always on the lookout for qualified and talented hospitality and non-hospitality professionals looking to advance and continue their careers outside of their home country to explore a new culture and life abroad whilst enjoying travelling in the United States.

What inspired the creation of Globus Exchange Programs?
The creation of Globus Exchange Programs was driven by a deep passion for cultural exchange and the desire to provide young professionals with meaningful opportunities to grow personally and professionally. Recognising the hospitality industry’s demand for skilled international talent and the aspirations of individuals seeking to explore life abroad, we envisioned a platform that bridges this gap.
Our mission is to empower youth with the opportunity to gain valuable career experience, build international connections, and immerse themselves in American culture. We aim to create a positive impact on individuals and the global workforce as a whole.
How do you promote your programmes to youth and young professionals?
We employ a multi-faceted approach to promoting our programmes, utilising both traditional and modern methods to connect with our target audience. Our strategies include dynamic social media campaigns, partnerships with universities, colleges, and professional associations, and participation in international job fairs and career expos.
We will plan to expand and offer host webinars, live Q&A sessions, and informational workshops to engage directly with interested candidates. Success stories and testimonials from past participants are a cornerstone of our outreach, showcasing real-life experiences to inspire trust and interest. Additionally, we collaborate with influential organisations and online platforms to amplify our reach and attract motivated, talented individuals.
How do you collect feedback from participants and partners to continuously improve your exchange programmes?
Feedback collection is an integral part of our commitment to excellence. We actively engage with participants and partners at multiple stages of the programmes through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one consultations.
Real-time check-ins during the programmes allow us to address concerns promptly, while post-programmes interviews and reviews provide valuable insights for future improvements.

Are there any updates or news/highlights about your programmes that you would like to share?
This year, we are excited to introduce several new initiatives designed to enhance the participant experience and broaden their opportunities. Our expanded partnerships with universities and direct partnerships with the host organisations across the United States mean more diverse placements for candidates.
We’re also planning to introduce a series of career development workshops, focusing on leadership, communication, and cross-cultural skills.
Additionally, we are planning to launch our alumni network. This would enable alumni to create a supportive global community where participants can share experiences, build professional connections, and continue their growth. These updates reflect our commitment to staying innovative and ensuring the best possible experience for everyone involved.
