Following a large number of submissions across the 12 2025 Global Youth Travel Award categories, a panel of external judges evaluated the applications based on established judging criteria.

Judges sign a Conflict of Interest  prior to accepting to be a judge and must declare any potential conflicts when they receive the submissions to evaluate. Judges are not permitted to evaluate categories in which their company or associated companies have applied for a Global Youth Travel Award.
