Hanover CRM’s new Resource Module is set to go live mid November. It will offer interactive, topic-specific guidance and essential materials that will elevate how organisations interact and share information with their stakeholders. With this feature you can:
Create and Manage Modules: When creating a module, you can specify whether it is for participants, hosts, or partners and decide if completion is mandatory.
Track Progress: View which users have enrolled and completed modules.
You will find the option to create modules under the Manage tab in the sidebar, while user enrollments and completions can be tracked in the Enrollments tab.
This feature streamlines access to critical information and offers hands-on support, ensuring that all Hanover CRM users have the resources they need.
