Can you elaborate a little more on who you are and how LED Work & Study started?

A young entrepreneur, graduated in criminal law and licensed as a lawyer, I have worked for years next to my mother, who has the longest and greatest experience in the field of employment and cultural exchange programmes in Albania. Learning a lot in this field and feeling strong and ready to start something on my own, I decided to open LED Work & Study as a door of opportunities for Albanian students who want to experience new programmes abroad.

What excites you the most about sending students to participate in Summer Work & Travel Programs abroad?

Students’ participation in Summer Work & Travel Programs gives me satisfaction when I see how they are involved in their jobs, developing their skills, exchanging cultures, learning new things, making new friends, and having new experiences that will make them ready for the new steps in their lives.

Being serious in what we offer, working hard on all their requests, and willing to bring them always the best programmes make us different and always the best!

How do your programmes help students integrate with local communities and cultural practices in a sustainable way?

Students, when starting to live and integrate in different local communities, also understand and learn how to develop a more sustainable community in different ways, such as promoting local food sources, supporting local businesses, developing public areas, conserving energy, and educating the community.
