Victoria Lynden, Founder of Alliance Abroad Group, a leading global exchange provider, has announced a major transformation of the business that will see the establishment of a new Holding Company and CEO.
“We are thrilled to announce the creation of an overseeing holding company, which will support the corporate governance and management of all our cultural exchange businesses. Alliance Strategies will be our powerhouse, providing each of our businesses with marketing, finance, technology, operational and general business-development support services, and we have chosen Ireland as its home”, stated Lynden.
The formation of Alliance Strategies cements a significant milestone for AAG. It materializes the first phase of the Executive’s vision and strategy to empower and expand the company’s global operations in the USA, Australia, South Africa, Mexico, and Spain.
“The establishment of the holding company will not only provide critical strategic advantages to our internal operations but will also support our trajectory towards increasing our global reach. We currently have presence and local partnerships in close to 50 countries around the world. With the backing of Alliance Strategies, we will be better equipped to scale up our international partnerships and importantly expand our current portfolio of programs and products”, said Lynden
In addition to this exciting new chapter for Alliance Abroad Group, Victoria further announced the appointment of James Bell as the CEO and shareholder of Alliance Strategies.
“I am further delighted to announce my successor; James Bell, will take the helm as I transition from Group CEO to serve as Chair of the Board of Directors. James is the natural successor in this role and a well-deserved appointment. Having served with me in numerous executive positions, most recently as COO. James’ first assignment as the new CEO is the establishment of the Holding Company and to lead the Alliance Strategies team into a bright and exciting future,” added Lynden.
As CEO, James will continue to carry the torch, ensuring the strategic and tactical development of a company founded on the idea of building an interconnected world by changing people’s perspectives and widening their professional horizons through cultural exchange.
