Virtual Career Training Internships’ 2nd edition – informational webinar, will take place this Friday, 16 April at 2pm (Irish Time) via Google Meet.

The webinar provides participants with the opportunity to get to know the company, along with the chance to interact with the team and ask questions. The aim of the webinar is to provide insights into how the new Virtual Career Training programme benefits international trainees via remote internships, live English classes and professional career coaching and to outline the process of how it is done, step by step.

Kathy O’Dwyer and Sinéad Morrissey will be leading the presentation. When asked about the webinar, Kathy O’Dwyer said that this webinar is the perfect chance for international agencies to see the company’s values and how it operates, and to find information not easily available elsewhere.

The programme is the following:

  • Welcome and Introduction
  • The Presentation
  • Testimonials from past & present participants
  • Questions & Answer Session

Who We Are:
VirtualCTI is a new arm of Career Training Internships which is a family-run business created in 2010 by Kathy O’Dwyer, an Irish entrepreneur who made her passion for education and training a career.

Trainees who enrol in the programmes have the possibility to improve their English daily, along with the opportunity to challenge themselves in an international and dynamic workplace. Over the years, the business has grown rapidly, and Kathy’s team has provided trainees from all over the world with career guidance, professional career coaching and personalised work experiences.

What We Do:
VirtualCTI is focused on building strong links between Irish businesses and partners from all over the world. The company works with employers of all sizes and sectors in Ireland and the UK to give students the opportunity to challenge themselves and to pursue their dream career, while guiding and supporting them throughout the internship experience.

Additionally, the company gives trainees the opportunity to improve their English skills by providing “English for Work” classes before, during or after their internship experience. As well as, organising regular social, cultural and networking activities where trainees can practise English with the VirtualCTI team and other international interns.
