Sunny days and lively nights attract WYSTC delegates to the buzzing capital of Portugal for business

More than 600 representatives are convening in Lisbon for the best annual business conference for the youth and student travel industry. The World Youth and Student Travel Conference (WYSTC) brings the who’s who of international travel for millennials and gen Z together for three days of business, networking, educational dialogue, and fun. Brands like Generator, Klook, Topdeck, Selina, STA Travel, Culture Trip and many more are participating in this year’s event.

WYSTC 2019 has attracted companies and tourism organisations from more than 70 countries across the globe. All specialise in serving the youth market for international travel and educational experiences. The global B2B event connects buyers and sellers of youth-tailored travel and tourism products. More than 160 buying organisations participated in this year’s business appointments, 65 organisations attending for the first time. Alongside of trading, 30 seminars and workshops feature top industry brands and youth travel thought leaders.

WYSTC business is concluded with the annual Global Youth Travel Awards, which recognise outstanding performers in 14 categories of youth and student travel. This year’s Diamond Sponsor is International Experience Canada.
