Take the stage at WYSTC 2019

Although we work three times as hard to recruit professional women, it is rare that we achieve gender balance when it comes to speakers at our travel industry events. Occasionally this might be deemed acceptable, but over the long term it is not. We must ask ourselves as a community of travel professionals what effect it has on business development, innovation, and advancement when women are not participants and leaders in the conversations and debates of youth travel. We must also ask ourselves what we can do to change it.

WYSE Travel Confederation strongly encourages women to speak at this year’s World Youth and Student Travel Conference (WYSTC) in Lisbon. We are committed to supporting the professional development of women in the youth travel industry and welcome your expertise, opinions, and thought leadership to the stage.
