Dynamic Global Exchange is a cultural exchange agency sponsoring young adults from around the world who participate in U.S. Department of State work and training programs.Dynamic Global Exchange was designated by the U.S. Department of State as a sponsor in the Intern, the Summer Work and Travel, and the Training programs in early 2009. When approached by any agency regarding the J-1 programs, it is most important to determine that agency bears this honourable distinction. In 2015, Dynamic Global Exchange received an additional designation as a sponsor for the U.S.-Mexico Intern program.
Our commitment is to provide the highest level of quality service to our participants and host companies. From its inception, it was decided that Dynamic Global Exchange would be a “boutique agency”. That is, we would remain small and selective by working with only high quality hosting companies and rigorously screened participants. In this way, we are able to stay closely connected and continuously available to everyone associated with the agency.
