TravelStarter has launched the Dream Project competition in association with Lonely Planet.
The Dream Project competition hopes to help inspire tourism professionals and businesses across the globe to innovate tourism. The winner of the competition will be awarded USD 1000 for their bright idea.
“We are extremely excited to partner up with Lonely Planet and launch the Dream Project competition. We wanted to create an opportunity to bring together greats minds in tourism and inspire others who may be holding back with their dreams” said Anushka, co-founder and CEO at TravelStarter.
The competition is currently live on TravelStarter and will end at 12 pm GMT on 21 October 2015.
Entry is easy:
- Visit travelstarter.com/dreamproject
- Submit the details of your dream tourism project by completing the entry form.
The winner will be selected by a panel of two judges from Lonely Planet and join from TravelStarter, who will review all the eligible entries and then shortlist the finalists based on which entry is most in line with the ethos of TravelStarter Inc and which will provide the most benefit to travellers.
TravelStarter is a global crowdfunding platform for big and small ideas in tourism and will be hosting the Crowdfunding in Tourism webinar tomorrow, Tuesday 6 October at 17:00 CET.
